What kind of consulting firm is Adimensio?
Adimensio is a small consulting firm for business development, founded by entrepreneurs Simone Salatino and Camila De Azevedo Alves. We help companies run better: processes, organisation, technology and people. We are based in Milan, with a base in São Paulo, Brazil.
Who do you work with?
Entrepreneurs, SMEs, family businesses, startups and growing companies. A small business is not a miniature multinational, so we design solutions that fit its time, resources and people.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. We put the same intensity into a simple project as into a difficult one. We start from your problem, not from a package.
Do you work with startups?
Yes. We have founded companies ourselves, so we know what the early stages look like: little time, few people and everything to build. We help startups set up processes, operations and go-to-market from the start.

How do you work?
In five steps: we look at how work really gets done, understand the real cause, build a concrete solution, test and adjust it on a small scale, then roll it out and stay until it becomes the normal way of working.

As an extension of people, not a replacement. We use AI to take repetitive work off people's hands, so they have more time for what matters.
Where do you work?
From Milan we handle projects in Italy and across Europe; from São Paulo, projects in Brazil. We work in person, on video or directly in your company.
